Client Portal
The AESM Client Portal is a secure online website that gives clients convenient, 24-hour access to animal health profiles, invoices, upcoming appointments, and much more.
Creating A New Account
The contact information provided when creating your account is what the system uses to match you with existing records. If you find that your horse’s records are not linked, please contact our office.
Verify Your Email
The final step to setting up your account is to Look for the verification email in your inbox and click the link in that email. You will then be able to log in to the AESM Client Portal.
Dashboard
An overview can be seen when the customer is logged in. This shows upcoming appointments, your horse(s), and any outstanding invoices. Each of these have shortcut buttons to add a horse, edit, pay invoices etc.
My Details
Clients can edit their own details, address, tags, change their account password, and specify which contact methods should receive reminders.
My Patients
Clients can add and edit the details for their horse(s). We encourage clients to upload a photo of their horse(s).
Medications
Prescribed medications and quantities.
Standard of Care
This feature works like a checklist of recurring treatments. Please note that some treatments (like joint injections) are performed based on need, not a set amount of time.
Vaccinations
Previous vaccinations and quantities administered to your horse by Alta Equine.
Invoices
Shows all invoices marked either Paid, Due, or Overdue. Clients can pay individual invoices or all outstanding invoices here via PayPal or debit/credit card. If the invoice is selected, an itemized view will be shown.
Payments
Enables clients to review all payments made and to which invoice they belong.
Statements
Clients can select a date range and download a statement from that period. This will default to the 1st of the previous month to the end of the previous month.
